The Drum


Jody Azzouni has written (and published) numerous short stories in poems in journals like Cimarron Review, Alaska Quarterly Review, The Literary Review, and Sycamore Review. He also writes (and publishes) philosophy. His most recent book (2013) is Semantic Perception: How the illusion of a common language arises and persists, with Oxford University Press. He was born in Brooklyn, but currently lives a couple of states away--in Massachusetts.
