DREW BALFOUR JAMESON

Drew Balfour Jameson has been telling stories all his life. He graduated from Reed College with a degree in English, writing a series of inter-connected short stories as his senior thesis. In 2003 he won the fiction contest of the IdeaFestival at the University of Kentucky. He works in textbook publishing and teaches fiction and non-fiction at the Young Adult Writers’ Workshop at Grub Street in Boston. Currently he is applying to graduate programs and plans to become a public school teacher. He lives in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts with his wife, Minna.

His short story "Drown" appeared in the April 2011 issue of The Drum.
